Reception staff could enhance their service approach!!! Inconsistent cleanliness might deter long-term stays!!! Noise disturbances could be improved for tranquility!!! Lacked clear directions to parking on arrival!!!

Absolutely loved the spacious Executive Room upgrade! 👍 The helpful staff made everything easy, but the coffee machine was a bit disappointing with only two coffees provided. Would've liked more options!

Location just off restaurants and shops and a bakery. Also, to manage the hills up to the Centre.

Great location in the center of le mans, comfy rooms, and a really kind staff. Breakfast was really good, and the underground parking is super handy. Loved the bar experience with the receptionist who was good at hosting.

the tv didn't have english channels which was kinda disappointing and a bit outdated decor would be nice.

Everything is lovely, truly enjoyed my time here. The breakfast is PLENTIFUL, the room is well-equipped and well-appointed with air con. The location is marvellous and decent, 2 km from Leon-Bollee Stadium. Easy access to restaurants and bars which are next to the hotel.

There was no restaurant. It would have been good if that had been made very obvious. Staff very indifferent and surly.Described as in the city centre, which it was but rather tucked away.Went down for breakfast but it was such a basic and miserable affair, that we walked out.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Interaction with the restaurant staff was pleasant, although the breakfast options could use more variety. A working kettle in the room for tea would be appreciated! Tip, Ask for more details on available amenities during check-in.

Unique round room upgrade

We needed a Mini Bar to keep the local wine we purchaes cold - the standard room we booked had no mini bar and we had to pay an additional 80 Euro to get a suite which had a mini bar - the suite was nice but 80 euro to get a mini bar in a 4 star place ??? So did I like the suite ? Yes

1) No Mini Bar in Stadard room 2) VERY small standard rooms for a 4 star place 3) No on-site restuarant - yet its 4 star ??? 4) Bar does not open until 6pm ?? 4 star ???

Pretty close to the old centre of Le Mans, which we had managed to 'miss' for over 30 years of driving through or past this magnificent old city. The room was compact but comfortable and had all necessary amenioties, and a great stop off after a long drive.They also have a garage under the hotel which was not included in the hotel information.

Only the door to the underground garage which required considerable manouvering therough the narrow door, which also tried to close before we had got through!!
