Reception staff could enhance their service approach!!! Inconsistent cleanliness might deter long-term stays!!! Noise disturbances could be improved for tranquility!!! Lacked clear directions to parking on arrival!!!

Absolutely loved the spacious Executive Room upgrade! 👍 The helpful staff made everything easy, but the coffee machine was a bit disappointing with only two coffees provided. Would've liked more options!

outdated decor

great location in the center of le mans, comfy rooms, and a very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. breakfast was really good, and the underground parking is super handy. loved the bar experience with the receptionist who was good at hosting.

the tv didn’t have english channels which was kinda disappointing and a bit outdated decor would be nice.
